Freak Show by Robert Bogdan

According to Dictionary.com the word bollock is defined as a person or fleshly on exhibition as an example of a unlike deviation from nature; monster. The word that stands out the to the highest degree is monster. Monster is a barrier one would chap with a dark, evil beast that lives under beds. In Robert Bogdans book Freak exhibition, his point of view of the terminal figure freak is however pretty different: Freak is a frame set of mind, a set of practices, a counsel of thinking about and presenting people. Bogdan takes readers on an adventure into a globe not seen or tacit today, a world that perchance only freaks could understand.\nThe freaks presented in Bogdans book were not innate(p) with freak across their foreheads. The term freak was a socially constructed, displayed, and accepted label to reason people who did not give-up the ghost social norms. The freak displa ys Bogdan covers argon from 1840-1940 varying from shows in dime museums, fairs, and circuses.
